Sometimes I’m too impatient to wait for overnight oats, or I realize I forgot to prep breakfast and need something *now*. This is the perfect breakfast to take on the go, without the wait!
1 cup of soaked raw cashews
1 tbsp of pure maple syrup
1/2 cup of nut or oat milk1 tsp of spirulina
2 tsp chia seeds
Layer mason jar with oats, chia, hemp, flax seeds and fruit of choice.
Get creative with the superfoods! You can pretty much add anything into this combo without it messing with the taste too much. If it seems to be too thick, just keep adding a bit more milk until you reach desired consistency! 🍓✨
