Hey there, I'm Brittany!

Elementary teacher turned health coach, yoga instructor, recipe creator, ingredient detective, sunshine lover & coffee connoisseur! I believe strongly in bio-individuality, meaning that each and every person deserves to be met exactly where they are in their journey, and what works for one person will not work for another. My goal as your health coach is to get to the root cause of your concerns, and to make you feel seen, understood, confident, inspired & excited for a healthy and long-term lifestyle change!

To say that this website is long overdue, would be an extreme understatement. While I'm thankful for Instagram and the connections and clients that it brought to me, I am beyond thrilled to finally have a landing page for you all! So, welcome!

"But what exactly do you do?"

I get this question a lot. And to be completely honest, my work varies from client to client depending on each persons specific needs. First and foremost, I dig DEEP with my clients -- usually taking it all the way back to birth, childhood and all the way throughout your life. We chat all things food, exercise, relationships, spirituality, careers and more.

I help connect the dots, I recognize patterns, I ask questions, I listen. Like, REALLY listen. Then, with your help, I guide, educate and create realistic healthy habits for you to carry on long after our work together is through. Oh, and most importantly, we will have a whole lot of fun during whichever path you choose.

Now lets get personal....

Like most people in the health in wellness industry, my own personal obstacles are what brought me to where I am today, and why I am so passionate when it comes to helping each individual get to the root cause of their own health concerns. I not only dealt with MAJOR digestive issues since a very young age, but I also suffered from a huge scare my senior year in college. A completely random and absolutely terrifying seizure while I was asleep.

This is the year my anxiety and panic attacks began. I never truly knew what anxiety was until this happened to me. I went through every possible test that existed, and they found nothing. Absolutely nothing. Which was good news and bad news, because for my sanity, I needed answers. I never got them. So, I decided to take action myself. I learned {still learning everyday} how to overcome anxiety and panic attacks. Overtime, I knew it was imperative that I become the healthiest version of myself -- physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually. And I knew I needed to learn how to let go of things that I cannot control. That last part is still a work in progress.

I'll speed this next part up because there were a few years of my life that honestly just felt like a blur, but these years were without a doubt the most life changing, transformative, painful, passionate and beautiful moments I've experienced. And they are the reason that I am the person that I am today and why I do what I do.

+ left my elementary teaching career after 5 years

+ became vegan & was dangerously lacking nutrients

+ battled severe cystic acne & other hormonal complications

+ began working at a juice bar creating healthy, beautiful food

+ got my 200 hour yoga teacher certification & started teaching

+ met really influential & important people

+ became a certified health coach through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition

+ started a wellness business with 3 friends

+ turns out I didn't really like said business

+ went through heartache in a really big way

+ lost myself completely

+ found myself, a much better version, might I add

+ lived alone, right by the beach -- highly recommend

+ barely could pay rent & overworked so that I could -- do not recommend

+ fell in love with a guy I met on Instagram :')

+ moved to California to be with Instagram cutie

+ got C0VID, fought C0VID

+ realized I thrive in Florida & moved back, for now

+ decided it was time to take my business to the next level

Safe to say a lot of sh*t went down within the last few years of my life

BUT...

I am so proud of myself. Are we allowed to say that about ourselves yet without feeling guilty? It is 2021, after all. I'm proud that I didn't let difficult life situations and even more difficult people get the best of me. Were there a lot of tears, trials and many sleepless nights? YES. But these are the things that just made me dig deeper into my own healing journey. I got to know myself on an entirely new level. I was, and still am, 110% committed to my growth.

And when I work with you, I will. be 110% committed to your growth, too.

If you've made it this far, thank you. I appreciate you, and I look forward to connecting with you in whichever way that comes about.

xo.
