Vegan Tahini Blondies



YOU GUYS!! THESE BLONDIES ARE INSANE. @whole.health.happiness & myself made them for our last dinner event and they were a huge hit! Shoutout to @kalejunkie for the recipe inspiration!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 2 cups tahini

  • 1 cup maple syrup

  • 1 cup @hukitchen gems

  • 2 eggs (or 2 flax egg substitute)

  • 2 tsp baking soda

  • sea salt flakes for topping


DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, tahini, maple syrup and chocolate morsels. Mix well.

  2. Make sure the dough is thick, if not, add more almond flour.

  3. Set dough in fridge for 30 minutes prior to baking. *important*

  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  5. Take the mixing bowl out of the fridge, add eggs and baking soda. Mix again.

  6. Put the cookie dough in 9x13 pan (be sure to line pan with some coconut oil so they don’t stick)

  7. Bake on 375 for about 15-20 minutes.

  8. Top with flaky sea salt immediately after taking them out of oven.

  9. Refrigerate to store.


Top blondies with some yogurt or ice cream and you’ve basically died and gone to heaven. You’re welcome.
