Big Bowl of Greens



 

Bowl full of pure happiness & so nutrient dense!


I’ll make a huge batch of this or something similar every week and keep it in my fridge so that it’s ready to go! I try to consume as many organic, live and colorful foods into my daily diet as possible. It’s SO MUCH EASIER to stay on track if it’s readily available. Take a few hours at the beginning of the week to plan, prep and portion your meals out. 🥗✨


WHAT TO PREP:

  • Roasted Brussels sprouts

  • Roasted broccoli

  • Roasted or sautéed red onion

* To roast veggies, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Clean, cut & season veggies with salt, pepper, EVOO. Bake for for 25-30 mins or until crispy.


BASE OF BOWL:

  • Steamed green & purple kale w/ a squeeze of lemon, EVOO, turmeric, cayenne, smoked paprika, salt & pepper OR greens of choice.

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

  • Tomato

  • Avocado

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Sliced Radishes

  • Cracked pepper & sea salt

  • Squeeze of lemon

Throw it all together and eat up!
