Avocado Basil Whip


Stop everything you’re doing & go grab these ingredients right this second. This plant-based blend has been a staple in my kitchen over the past few weeks. I literally put it on everything. Best part is it lasts for 4 days in the fridge, so feel free to double up!


• 2 hass avocados or 1 Florida avo

• 3-4 garlic cloves

• 1/3 cup cashews

• 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

• 2 cups fresh basil

• juice of 2 lemons

• 1/2 cup plant based milk

• salt & pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a high speed food processor or blender for 2 minutes and enjoy!

It’s great on toast, pasta, salads, chips and veggies, or just to spoon directly into your mouth.
